Ham, Broccoli & Cheddar Quiche

Quiche base:
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup half and half
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Dash of ground black pepper
Filling ingredients:
- ½ cup chopped cooked smoked ham
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh broccoli
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
Cheese:
- ½ cup (2ounces) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1. Preheat oven to 375F. Spray Small Oval Baker with nonstick cooking spray. Whisk together Quiche base ingredients in Classic Batter Bowl; set aside.
2. Combine Filling ingredients and Cheese; spoon into bottom of baker. Pour Quiche base over Filling ingredients.
3. Bake 30-35 minutes or until center is set. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Cut in half and serve.
Yield: 2 servings
Cook's tip: This recipe can be easily doubled and baked in the Deep Dish Pie Plate. Bake at 375F 45-50 minutes or until center is set.

Commentaires: Cette recette est devenue un classique lorsque je reçois pour le brunch. Par contre, nul besoin d'ajouter du sel, le jambon et le fromage en fournissent déjà suffisament. À refaire (même si Coco n'est mange pas).
